ACIR is planned to be compliance and auditing tool designed as a web-based replacement for outdated compliance and incident reporting systems, Split into two distinct modules that are highly configurable to meet client’s business processes, and with an intuitive user interface on all devices, ACIR provides clients with a complete solution to remain compliant and mitigate business risk.

Our product audit and compliance module allows anyone in any organization to audit anything, promoting self audit to change behavior. Project Scope

In Scope Functionality
ACIR functionality can be broken down into four key stages:

Plan

Planning depends on client business goals, for example, compliance and writes a set of questions that describes what client business need to do. This question set is the basis of client’s plan.

Do

Implement the actions necessary to get the ‘correct’ answers to client’s question set.

Check

After a suitable time period, answer the questions in the set by carrying out suitable monitoring or audit. Analyze the results to check the extent of client’s compliance.

Act to improve

Initially, improvement actions are likely to be about improving compliance but once this has been achieved, actions will be about improving client’s business processes and procedures.
